7:30 PM whole wheat blend spaghetti with sauce, meatballs and mushrooms, lettuce with tomatoes and lite balsamic vinaigrette dressing, fat-free skim milk
In general: 60oz of water

I'm going to have to either get my pants taken in or go shopping; I'm tired of pulling them up to my waist while I'm walking. It slows me down!
