Day 33 - September 29, 2009

9:00 AM Quaker Instant Low Sugar oatmeal Cinnamon & Spice
11:30 AM 3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
12:30 PM Lean Cuisine spaghetti with meatballs
3:30 PM Dannon Light & Fit strawberry yogurt
8:00 PM Roasted chicken thigh and leg, 1 3/4 cup church potatoes (I couldn't resist, they're just so yummy!)

In general: 60oz of water

13 minutes of walking at 3.5mph

Only 2 walks today. :( Taking a late lunch screwed up my schedule
