Today I'm officially the same weight I was 5 1/2 years ago: when I was 9 months pregnant with my daughter. The strange thing is, I'm excited to weigh this "little."
8:55 AM Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Cinnamon & Spice
11:00 AM Dannon Light & Fit blueberry yogurt
12:40 PM Lean Cuisine Linguine Carbonara
1:20 PM 1/2 Granny Smith apple
4:15 PM 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
8:00 PM lots of salad (lettuce, tomatoes, pears, light balsamic vinaigrette dressing), 1 roasted chicken breast w/o skin, 1/2 cup of instant mashed potatoes with 1/2tsp margarine, 11oz of fat free skim milk
In general: 50oz of water
13 minutes of walking at 3.5mph
14 minutes of walking at 3.4mph
14 minutes of walking at 3.3mph
