Day 24 - September 20, 2009

I think Sundays will be easier than Saturdays when it comes to controlling my food. I'm in charge of my breakfast and lunch, and dinner is shared with kids and youth.

8:30 AM 1 cup Honey Bunches of Oats with 1/2 cup 2% milk

11:30 AM salad (lettuce with tomatoes, pears and balsamic vinagrette dressing)

6:00 PM salad (lettuce & tomatoes), spaghetti and marinara sauce with Italian sausage

8:30 PM 1 bag of Healthy Pop popcorn (100 calories)

In general: 30oz of water
