Day 51 - October 17, 2009

Today I should get to make up for my lack of exercise yesterday; I'm attending a regional function for my church and one of the activities is a walk. A 3.5 mile walk! Yay!

8:30 AM YoPlus+ honey vanilla yogurt
9:00 AM chocolate bar donut
12:30 PM mini eggrolls, low mien
8:00 PM chicken fusilli, apples, carrots, fat-free milk
9:00 PM gingerbread cookie

21 minutes of walking at 3 mph
7 minutes of walking at 3.5 mph
21 minutes of walking at 2.7 mph
