Sometime around 3:30 PM: handful of store-brand cheese-its and 1/2 granny smith apple
6:30 PM 1/2 a medium sausage, mushroom and olive pizza
10 minute walk at 3.3mph
Lots of water: lost count after emptying a 16oz bottle of water multiple times throughout the day
