I am hoping to get some walking in today, but my exercise will probably only consist of playing in the ocean and teaching my kid to boogie board.
10:55 AM Quaker Instant Oatmeal Low Sugar apples & cinnamon
12:20 PM large hard boiled egg
1:30 PM 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese
5:30 PM 1oz dry roasted peanuts
6:20 PM 4 avocado slices, 3 chicken drumsticks, 2 tiny chicken drumsticks, 1/2 cup macaroni salad, 2 watermelon slices
8:50 PM Dannon Light & Fit strawberry yogurt
In general: 30oz of water
16 minutes of walking at 3.7mph (1 mile)
Lots more walking from campsite to campsite, one trip carrying a 40lb 5-year-old AND a collapsible chair
