Day 16 - September 12, 2009

I'm kinda bummed that I only got two walks in yesterday. And I'm not sure how much exercise I'll get in today, so I'll have to be extra watchful of what I eat this weekeknd. However, I have this great momentum and motivation going because of the progress I'm seeing. 5.5lbs and dropping!

11:45 AM 1 cup of cheerios with 1/2 cup of 2% milk

3:00 PM 3 eggs, scrambled

8:30 PM Kirkland Signature weight loss shake

In general: 70oz of water
