Okay! Time to get back on track. I didn’t lose any weight last week, though I didn’t gain any either. But I would really like to get back to my 2lb/week loss.
9:00 AM hard-boiled egg (yay! I finally remembered to cook my eggs!)
11:10 AM Yoplait light apple turnover yogurt
12:45 PM Lean Cuisine shrimp alfredo
4:35 PM granny smith apple
6:20 PM Chipotle carnitas bowl with rice, pinto beans, sour cream and cheese
7:30 PM 2 small brownies
10:50 PM cashews
45 minutes on the treadmill
