Tomorrow’s Thanksgiving. I might actually be able to stick to my diet somewhat; Thanksgiving meals are typically the same wherever you go. I can’t eat something that’s not on the table. :) But, I still need to eat well today. Should be do-able.
8:30 AM hard-boiled egg
10:30 AM Yoplait light thick & creamy cherry cobbler yogurt
12:30 PM Lean Cuisine swedish meatballs
