12:50 PM Lean Cuisine sesame chicken
2:00 PM Coffee Bean dark chocolate peppermint hot chocolate
4:15 PM granny smith apple
7:00 PM teriyaki salmon, whole wheat pasta, salad, wine, bread
10:00 PM wine, fudge
30 minutes on the treadmill
20 minutes of moving heavy boxes
