Well, I’m not surprised. When you do nothing, nothing will happen to you.
I didn’t lose any weight this week. But that’s because I didn’t get much exercise and I made some poor food choices. I am glad that I didn’t gain weight, but I’m very disappointed in myself that I didn’t move forward toward my goal. I didn’t even keep up on my blog. I really need to try harder, even though it’s difficult to get away from my desk at work right now; we’ve just about hit our busy season. Even though I legally have to take my break or make my company pay extra, it’s still very hard to stick to it when I know I could be helping someone who’s in a time crunch.
But I’ll try my best. I’ve almost lost 20 pound; I can’t stop now. I’m halfway there. If I give up now, I know I’ll just put it all right back on because I’ll figure “what’s the point?” or “I can’t do it, see?”

You can do it Michelle! You'll feel so awesome when you accomplish your goal. That sounds cheesy, but it's true!
