I’m writing this on Friday, November 13 because I didn’t blog at all on Wednesday. Too lazy.
I remember eating applesauce, yogurt, a Lean Cuisine of some sort, probably an oatmeal-cranberry cookie or two, roasted chicken, rice with cream of mushroom soup, cottage cheese and cashews.
I think I got in 30 minutes on the elliptical; really can’t remember.
