Today is my demonstration for my second job; I’ll likely forget to eat much as I will be busy with cooking and taking orders
9:00 AM Cinnamon Toast Crunch and 2% low fat milk
2:30 PM 2 steamed turkey wontons
3:30 PM chocolate-banana trifle
7:00 PM minestrone soup, parmesan chicken, salad, spaghetti, couple bites of mashed potatoes
My hostess (also my boyfriend’s mom) and her husband took my daughter and I out to dinner after my demonstration; I wanted to eat mostly healthy, but MAN that chicken and pasta were so tempting.
