This probably won’t be a good exercise day; I’ve got a meeting in the afternoon that I dressed up for (gotta look nice for the folks who’ll be there), so I don’t want to get all sweaty and gross. That, and working out on an elliptical in a dress feels funny. But I’ll see what I can do.
8:45 AM hard-boiled egg
10:40 AM Yoplait light cinnamon roll yogurt
12:10 PM Eating Right chicken with basil cream sauce
2:00 PM 2 molasses cookies
4:00 PM granny smith apple
6:00 PM leftover whole wheat pasta
30 minutes on the elliptical, varying intensities, working backwards during high intensities
15 minutes on the treadmill, varying intensities
