My day got off to a fantastic start; except that I forgot to plan breakfast time. "Breakfast" happened at lunchtime.
11:35 AM Eating Right cheese ravioli
2:20 PM Quaker chewy oatmeal raisin granola bar
5:20 PM 6-piece Carl's Jr chicken stars
7:30 PM Costco pepperoni pizza (2 slices)
10:30 PM Fudge bar (40 calories!)
Didn't get to work out today, I had a lot on my plate and I wasn't even in the office until 1:00 PM
