1:00 PM cantaloupe pieces, salad with hard boiled egg, penne pasta with ham, chicken and artichokes in a blush sauce, bananas foster dessert
7:15 PM leftover pork roast, rice-a-roni
9:45 PM mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup
No exercise today. I really want to make sure I get some in tomorrow since my picture is tomorrow night and my weigh-in is Friday.
