8:30 AM honey bunches of oats and 2% milk
12:00 PM turkey & grilled cheese sandwich, chicken and pasta salad
5:45 PM spaghetti with meatballs, carrots, grapes, garlic bread, lemonade
8:30 PM 1 Halloween "peep", 1 piece of candy corn, 4 starbursts
My personal journey to losing at least 40 pounds while raising my daughter as a single parent. It won't be easy, it won't be fast, but it will be for the better good of my life and health. This blog will be completely honest; no hiding setbacks or fibbing on my exercise or diet.
