Sundays are always hard on my diet; just too much going on.
11:30 AM "fun size" Milky Way
1:45 PM 1/3 Chipotle bowl: carnitas, rice, pinto beans, sour cream, cheese
4:00 PM diet orange soda
5:45 PM fried chicken breast, mashed potatoes, salad, peach cobbler
I did stand a lot today, and lifted boxes, but probably not enough to burn many calories.
Looking forward to walking tomorrow. Might break out the new 2.5lb wrist weights.
