Staying mot...Good for you for challenging yourself! Staying motivated and can be tricky but I think your idea of mixing up what you do each day is good. It will hopefully keep you 'interested' since it won't be the same thing day in and day out. I read somewhere it takes 21 days to form a habit. My suggestion would be to find some sort of routine (ie: exercising at least 3 days a week - life happens so it can be hard to commit to specific days of the week so maybe just commit to frequency)and eventually it will become a habit. Your day won't feel quite right if you don't exercise. I know this because that's how Mom and I are able to go walking at 5am every morning. :) If I were there, I'd totally be your workout buddy!
